What’s My Animal Thinking?
Comprising Cats 101, Dogs 101, Backyard Chickens 101, and Potbelly Pigs 101, these introductory classes help you learn to read animal body language, understand their instincts, and discover how they communicate with the world around them.

Dog Behavior 101
This introductory course focuses on dog body language using the TEMP acronym (Tails, Ears/Eyes, Mouth, and Posture). Most of us know that when a dog wags their tail, it means they’re happy! But did you know a dog’s tail wag can also be used to communicate insecurity or nervousness? And what about other behaviors like lip licking or avoiding eye contact? Whether you’re looking to adopt a dog for the first time or you live with dogs already, Dogs 101 will help you to better understand the numerous and complex ways our canine friends communicate their wants, needs, and emotions.

Cat Behavior 101
This introductory course covers the basics of cat body language as well as how to have safe and successful interactions with cats of all temperaments. Cats are often misunderstood, and at times, their behaviors can be difficult to understand, even for experienced cat owners. This course will explore the many ways in which our feline companions communicate and how we, as humans, can better understand them. This course will also discuss cat socialization and behavior modification.
