Photography Consent and Cancellation Policy

• Consent to Use Photographs

  Lollypop Farm occasionally presents photographs for marketing and promotional purposes through print publications, signage, websites, social media, and other venues.

  I hereby consent that Lollypop Farm, its employees, or agents have the right to take photographs, videotape, or digital recordings of the individuals and pets in my group to use in any and all media, now or hereafter known, and exclusively for the purpose of Lollypop Farm promotional and marketing purposes. I do hereby release Lollypop Farm, its employees, or agents, all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly or privately. I waive any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in whatever media used. I understand that there will be no financial or other remuneration for recording me, either for initial or subsequent transmission or playback. I represent that I am at least 18 years of age, have read and understand the foregoing statement, and am competent to execute this agreement.

• Cancellation Policy
  • Due to the popularity of Holiday Pet Photos, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to reschedule your appointment should a conflict arise. However, if you need to reschedule your Holiday Pet Photo time, please contact mpayton@lollypop.org at least 72 hours before your scheduled time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for any reason is three business days before the event.
  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
  • These above policies apply to all Lollypop Farm, the Humane Society of Greater Rochester fundraising events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
  • Lollypop Farm, the Humane Society of Greater Rochester reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Lollypop Farm, the Humane Society of Greater Rochester cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
  • If an event is canceled or Lollypop Farm is closed, it will be posted on the Lollypop Farm website.
